Experienced hosts for your tour
We’re often selected as the preferred accommodation for tour busses, corporate groups and associations traveling through or staying in Dalwallinu.
Group Accommodation Rates
We cater to bus tours of any size, but typically accommodate 20-40 guests at a time with a mixture of single, double and twin occupancy rooms. Bus tours typically stay 1 or 2 nights but we have had tours stay up to 3 nights and use Dalwallinu as a base to explore other country areas during the day.
For group sizes over 40pax we can split our single rooms into twin rooms to achieve a maximum occupancy of 55pax, please note this would mean no single occupancy rooms and guests would need to twin and triple share. Alternatively, you could accommodate part of your group at one of our accommodation partners nearby.
We don’t increase our prices during busy seasons, we keep them consistent all year round and offer the same rates for busses as we do to normal guests. Accommodation is charged based on room occupancy as follows:
$140 Single Occupancy
$160 Double/Twin Occupancy
$180 Triple Occupancy
We can include a hot & continental breakfast buffet plus a 2 course dinner (mains and desserts) for $80/person. We also provide packed lunches and morning tea packs to take away if required.
GROUP DINNER MENU
We’ve found a 2 course dinner is more than enough for visiting tours, our portions are generous and in the past have noticed that 3 courses was just too much! Here are some examples of the options you could have for your main meal:
- Slow Cooked Lamb Shank with Whipped Mash & Seasonal Veggies or Beer Battered Red Spotted Emperor with Chips
- Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken with Chips and Salad or Veal Schnitzel in Mushroom Sauce with Veggies
- Vietnamese Beef Salad or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad
- Roast Beef, Pork or Lamb with Roast Veggies
Main meals are accompanied by a selection of help yourself salads at the salad bar.
A choice of 2 desserts such as Pavlova or Apple Crumble.Sticky Date Pudding or Chocolate Lava, Lemon Meringue or Vanilla Cheesecake. All desserts are accompanied by a fresh fruit salad option.
For breakfast, we serve a hot buffet including scrambled eggs, bacon, fried tomato, fried mushrooms, baked beans & sausages. And the guests have access to the continental breakfast buffet which includes a tea/coffee bar, cereal bar, toast & condiments bar and fresh fruit salad with yoghurt.
GROUP DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We have experience catering for gluten free, lactose intolerant, shellfish allergy and other dietary requirements.
